1. General Terms & Acceptance

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances forfeited, and any accrued bonuses cancelled.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.2 Withdrawals

4. Bonus & Promotional Policy

4.1 Wagering Requirements

4.2 Bonus Expiry

4.3 Bonus Abuse & Misuse

4.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

wl777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, any wagering already completed by eligible players will be honoured, but no further bonus credits will be issued under the withdrawn promotion.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the wl777 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players without exception.

5.1 General Obligations

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wl777 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or otherwise interact with wl777 systems without human oversight;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the wl777 platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the wl777 platform, its games, or its payment systems;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or internal staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider-information betting, or any other form of sports betting fraud;

6. Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your wl777 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, wl777 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance (subject to KYC verification) and deactivate the account within five (5) business days. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

If you are requesting account closure because of a gambling-related concern, please inform the support team. wl777 will apply a self-exclusion flag to your account in addition to closure, which helps prevent re-registration under the same identity.

6.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure by wl777

wl777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or forfeit the associated balance, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of a duplicate account;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Detection that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• A player who has self-excluded attempting to re-register;
• Any action that wl777 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its other players, or its business operations.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, wl777 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and the estimated resolution timeline within five (5) business days. Where closure is permanent due to breach, wl777 will communicate the grounds for closure but is not obligated to provide detailed evidence where doing so would compromise a fraud investigation.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months. wl777 will send an email notification to the registered address prior to applying a dormancy fee. A dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 per calendar month may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Once a dormant account's balance reaches zero, the account will be deactivated. Players may reactivate their account by logging in and completing a brief identity re-verification.

7. Limitation of Liability

wl777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service and accurate game outcomes, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults at all times.

7.1 Platform Availability

wl777 may temporarily suspend the platform or individual services for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or third-party provider failures. wl777 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from such unavailability.

7.2 Game Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including but not limited to display errors, server interruption during a live game round, or incorrect odds being published — wl777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. wl777 is not liable for any consequential losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from game malfunctions, regardless of their cause.

7.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wl777's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wl777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use or misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8. Amendments to These Terms

wl777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date displayed in the hero section above. Where the nature of an amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters the rights or obligations of players — wl777 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the registered email address on file, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the wl777 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the change takes effect. Continued gameplay after the effective date of any revision will be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

wl777 may also update its Privacy Policy independently of these Terms. Changes to the Privacy Policy will likewise be communicated via the registered email address and published on the Privacy Policy page with a revised effective date.
